Returns Criteria - Online Purchases
We understand that shopping online doesn't always provide a perfect representation of the fit and feel of the physical item. The Gown Lounge will accept refunds & exchanges for on-line purchases only if:i) the item is returned within 14 days from the date you receive the parcel;
ii) the item is returned unworn, unmarked & with original tag intact
iii) the item is returned with proof of purchase and Return form included
Returns/Exchange Postage
Customers are required to pay return postage. The Gown Lounge is not liable for any loss, damage or delay rising from, or in connection with, the transport and return of the goods to The Gown Lounge. In the case of a missing package, if the package was not sent tracked a return will not be offered. If your returned online purchase falls within the Returns Criteria above, your postage cost will be refunded once item is received by The Gown Lounge. Approved refunds will be via the original payment method. Please allow up to 48 hours from us receiving your Return for your refund amount to be processed.

Because The Gown Lounge stocks single or small quantities of styles, it is unlikely there will be an exchangeable variant. Exchanges are upon enquiry only and only if the original purchased item meets Returns Criteria above. In the instance there is not an exchangable variant, it is considered a Return and must meet Returns Criteria above before you receive a refund.We will try our best to ship your items within 2 business days of ordering. Your order will be sent via Australian Parcel Post and a tracking number will be provided so you can track your order online. Please note, as The Gown Lounge only sells single or small quantities of any particular garment, your order may have become unavailable by the time of dispatch. If an item is not available, you will be contacted to determine how you would like to proceed. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or delayed-in-transit parcels.
